When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders placed before 10:00 AM are generally shipped on the same business day.
Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: Orders usually arrive within 14–18 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation notification. After dispatch, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Is My Personal & Payment Information Safe?
Yes. All payments made on our website are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems. We do not store your payment details on our servers, and your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Domestic shipping charges generally start at ₹60, but the final shipping cost depends on the delivery pin code and will be calculated at checkout before payment.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you.
If you have created an account, you can also log in to view the current status of your order.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If you reach out within a few hours of placing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address changes are not possible.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
If you act quickly after placing your order, there may be a limited window during which cancellation is possible, subject to order status.
Return & Refund Policy
Every product sold at threefoldspirit is covered under a 3-Day Replacement Policy.
If you receive a product with damage or packaging issues, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
If the shipping address is unserviceable, a full refund will be initiated.
Please note:
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
If an order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, a partial refund will be issued (total amount paid minus ₹100 shipping charges).
Customers may request reshipping with updated details by paying an additional ₹50 reshipping fee.
If a customer rejects the order during delivery or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the same partial refund policy applies.
Partially Paid Cash on Delivery (PP-COD) Orders
Customers may opt to pay a partial amount upfront for Cash on Delivery orders, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.
The partial amount paid during order placement is non-refundable.
A refund of the partial payment is applicable only if the shipping address is unserviceable.
This policy helps us manage logistics and operational costs efficiently.
How Do I Know If My Order Was Successful?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation notification containing your order number.
If you created an account, you can log in to view your order status.
If you do not receive confirmation and your order does not appear in your account, the order may not have been completed due to a payment issue.
