Refund & Replacement Policy – threefoldspirit
What are the terms of the Replacement and Refund Policy?
Every product sold at threefoldspirit is covered under our 3-Day Replacement Policy.
If you receive a product with packaging issues or damage, you must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Once approved, a replacement product will be sent to you.
If your shipping address is unserviceable for any reason, a full refund will be initiated.
Please note:
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
If your order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address or contact details, you will be eligible for a partial refund (total amount paid minus ₹100 shipping charges).
Alternatively, you may request the order to be resent with updated details by paying an additional ₹50 reshipping fee.
If the customer rejects the order during delivery, a partial refund will be issued (total amount paid minus ₹100 shipping charges).
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the same partial refund policy applies.
Customers may request reshipping in such cases by paying an additional ₹50 reshipping fee.
Refund Policy for Orders Placed During Sale
For orders placed during a sale, if a refund is initiated by us, only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded. Any difference due to price changes after the sale will not be applicable.
I Haven’t Received My Refund Yet. What Should I Do?
Once a refund is initiated, customers are notified accordingly.
Bank refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
Refunds issued as store credits or reward points may take 24–48 hours.
Refund Policy for Partially Paid Cash on Delivery (PP-COD) Orders
Customers may choose to pay a partial amount upfront while placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
The partial amount paid at the time of order placement is non-refundable.
This policy helps us manage logistics and operational costs efficiently.
A refund of the partial payment will be processed only if the shipping address is unserviceable.
